GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRING
This contract is reserved for the exclusive use of hiring of furnished seasonal. General dipositions: the tenant will be able in no circumstance to prevail himself of any right to the maintenance in the places with the expiry of the period of hiring initially envisaged on this contract, except agreement of the owner. No modification (erasure, overload…) will not be accepted in the drafting of the contract except agreement of the two parts. Use of the places: the tenant will enjoy the hiring in a peaceful way and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the places. With his departure, the tenant engageà to go furnished the also proper qu “it will have found it on his arrival. The hiring cannot in no case to profit with thirds, except prior agreement of the owner. The Owner will provide housing in conformity with description that it made some and will maintain it in good condition to be useful. Deposit (guarantee): the amount of the deposit will be of 305 €. This one will be restored with the tenant in the week following his departure. In the event of loss or degradations of elements of furnished caused by the tenant, the amount of this deposit will be undervalued cost of repairing or expenses of replacement on presentation of the documents in proof by the owner and this within deadline a three months. If the housework is not done at the time of the departure, a reserve of 45 € will be carried out on this deposit. Particular case: If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity of reception indicated on the descriptive state and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants or to perceive an increase. Conditions of cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter: 1 Before the entry in pleasure: In general the installment remains sure with the owner, however they will be restored when furnished is Re rented for the same period and at the same price. 2 If the tenant did not present himself the day mentioned on the contract; passed 24 H and without to have notified some to the owner, the contract is regarded as being cancelled, the installment remains sure with the owner, the owner can have furnished sound. 3 In the event of cancellation of the hiring by the owner, this last will transfer with the tenant the double of the amount of the installment which it will have received. Insurances: The tenant is held to ensure the room which is entrusted to him or rented. He must check if its contract of principal dwelling envisages the extension holiday (hiring of holidays). On the contrary assumption, it must intervene with its company and claim the extension of the guarantee to him or subscribe a contract particular to the title of the clause “holiday”; a certificate of insurance will be claimed to him at the entry in the buildings. Litigations or complaints: In the absence of agreement, any litigation will be subjected to the courts of competent jurisdiction. Supplements: a supplement of 5€ by anybody and week will be asked whether you wish to rent the household linen (cloths, cloths, towels…), to specify at the time of the handing-over of the keys.
